Sanders' first book Mommy, Mommy, What Is Gratitude?: Was inspired by her youngest daughter. Sanders' says that her youngest daughter has always had a gracious attitude. Sanders's can recall a few times her daughter being dropped off at school and ran back to the car to "say thank you mom."
